Exam Schedule

Level 1 results are declared within 10 days of the last answer key date. Level 2 results are declared within a month of the last answer key date, and the awards will be dispatched in September.

2. Know your time per question. Senior KG has 45 minutes for 25 questions. In one hour, Classes 1 and 2 answer 60 questions, Classes 3 and 4 answer 80, and Classes 5 to 12 answer 100, about 36 seconds each. Basique questions carry 1 mark and Avance questions 2, as the marking scheme shows.
3. Practise a little every day. Five to ten minutes of quick-fire tables, skip counting or number pairs beats one long weekly session. Older students can make a one-page formula sheet for interest, profit and loss, and time and work, and revise from it. In Senior KG and Class 1 a parent or teacher may guide the child during the exam, so practise together.
4. Solve sample papers and previous year papers against the clock. Both are linked below for every class. Note each slip, such as a missed carry or a wrong unit, and review the list each weekend.
5. Take the free trial before exam day. The free trial is open at any time and makes the exam screen and webcam feel familiar. The exam schedule gives the Practice 2, Level 1 and Level 2 dates for the current season.
