Science Olympiad Book for Nursery

The Nursery Science book will follow the nine themes of the CREST Science Olympiad (CSO) syllabus for Nursery, all about a small child's own world: Knowing Myself, Healthy Habits, My Home and School, My Amazing Body, Animals and Birds, Transport and Travel, Healthy Foods and Beautiful Flowers, People and Places Around Us, and Seasons.

That means questions on things children already see every day: a pet cat, a bus or a boat, washing hands before a meal, what the eyes and ears do, and the difference between summer and the rainy season. The Achievers Section stays inside these themes, with questions that ask a child to look twice.

The book is for Nursery children aged 3 to 4 and is meant to be shared with a grown-up. In the exam, a parent or teacher sits beside the child, helps with each picture question, and lets the child pick the answer.
