Myself

Introducing Yourself: When we meet someone new, it's nice to say hello and tell them about ourselves. Let's learn how to do that.

Food

Food is the stuff we eat that gives us the energy to play, learn, and grow.

There are red apples, orange carrots, and even bananas that are as yellow as the sun.

Healthy Meal

A healthy meal is like a team of different foods working together to make our bodies strong and happy.

1. We have grains that give us energy.
2. Vegetables and fruits are like superheroes full of vitamins.
3. And there's even a bit of dairy for strong bones.



4. We must avoid unhealthy food.

That means saying "no" to things that have too much sugar, salt or are greasy.

Clothes

Just like the weather changes, our clothes change too!

In different seasons, we wear different types of clothes.

Our clothes save us from the sun's heat, the chilly wind, raindrops, and even the dust.

Summer

1. When the sun shines bright, we wear clothes that make us feel cool and comfy.

Winter

Rainy

2. We put on raincoats that keep us dry like a duck, boots to splash in puddles
