    3. Just like humans, animals can move, eat, and grow.
    4. They are a part of nature and play an important role in our world.

    Types of Animals

    Animals can be divided into many different groups.

    1. Wild Animals

    1. Wild animals live in forests and jungles.
    2. They don't really like to be close to people and might not be very friendly.
    3. They have special ways to find food and stay safe, like running fast or hiding.
    4. Lions, zebras, bears, kangaroos, rhinos, and tigers are wild animals.

    2. Domestic Animals

    1. Domestic animals are our friends that live with us. They are usually friendly and like being around people.
    2. Dogs, cats, cows, horses, chickens and rabbits are common domestic animals.
    3. These animals can live in our houses or on farms.

    3. Water Animals

    1. Water animals live in rivers, oceans, and ponds.
    2. They can swim in the water.
    3. Fishes are water animals with shiny scales that help them glide in water.
    4. Examples of water animals are sharks, fish, octopuses, sharks, dolphins, and turtles.

    4. Birds

    1. Birds are animals that lay eggs and some of them can fly.
    2. Birds have special wings and feathers that help them stay in the air.
    3. They eat their food using their beaks, which are like their mouths.
    4. Some examples of birds are crow, sparrow, parrot, pigeon, vulture, and eagle.

    6. Not all birds can fly. Birds like emu, ostrich, and kiwi stay on land and don't fly.

    1. Insects are very small animals with hard coverings on their bodies and lots of legs.

    4. Some insects can also fly using their wings.

    How Animals Help Us

    1. Some animals like goats, cows, and buffaloes provide us with fresh and healthy milk. We drink milk and use it to make yummy things like butter and cheese.
    2. We can use wool from sheep to make warm clothes and blankets.
    3. Donkeys are strong and helpful. They can carry heavy things for us.
    4. Hens are special birds that give us delicious eggs to eat. We can also have meat from them.
    5. Dogs are like our protectors. They watch over our homes and keep us safe from strangers.
