What's one or two achievements that you are proud of?
Some of my achievements which I would cherish for a long time are obtaining State Rank 2 and 3 in CREST Cyber and English Olympiad. Also winning the Whizjuniors Computer Competition, I was among the Top 15 finalists from 80,000 students who had participated. Another achievement which I will cherish is getting national Rank 10 in GK Olympiad. I have also won many sports competition.
What is your biggest fear and how do you overcome it?
My biggest fear is nervousness. I overcome it by thinking positive and motivating myself.
Who is your ideal and why?
My parents are my ideal. They help me venture my future goals.
Which public figure (sportsperson, actor, etc.) inspires you the most?
I am a die hard cricket fan and the famous cricketer Chris Gayle would be the most galvanized personality. Despite being so poor and living in a hut made out of tin, he fulfilled his passion of becoming a cricketer.
Who or what keeps you motivated?
I have been watching motivitional speeches of famous personalities, they keep me motivated and inspired. My parents also keep me motivated.
Have you thought of your career line? What do you want to become and why?
As of now, I haven't yet thought of my career line, but I am thinking of taking up IIT or Medicine.
If there is one gift you would like to have, what would that be?
That gift would be a tour to all the famous Cricket Stadiums.
Your favourite memory that you would like to share?
My favourite memory is the joyful time which I had spent with my parents in South Africa.
What's one thing about you that your friends don't know?
My friends don't know that I am a great memer and can make good jokes.
What is your secret of making friends?
Show your true friendship towards them.
What are your hobbies? How do you keep a balance between your hobbies and studies?
My hobbies are playing various sports especially Cricket, learning shlokas and devotional songs from Bhagavad Gita. I am getting trained for Cricket, I go for training on weekdays after coming back from my school. I learn Shlokas and Devtional Songs during weekends by my Mother. If you keep a proper time concept, it's easy to balance between your studies.
Which is your favourite sport? When did you start practicing and why?
My favourite sport is Cricket. I have been playing cricket since 2012 and started my proper training when I was in 3rd Std. I got to know my inner hidden talent by playing this sport.
What do you love to do the most in your free time?
I would grab my Kindle and start reading books. I also make websites and apps sometimes when I am free.
What are your study tips for getting better grades in school examinations?
Tip 1: After coming back from school, read the chapters which have been taught in school. Tip 2: Start studying 1 month prior to exams. Tip 3: Make a proper timetable.
How do you prepare for Olympiads?
I prepare for Olympiads through guides, school books, etc. For Cyber Olympiads, I learn through Whizjuniors. For GK, I read newspaper and read the current affairs everyday.
How has appearing for Olympiad exams helped your studies?
The questions which we get in Olympiads are one step ahead of normal school exam questions and by cracking these questions it makes our school studies much simple.
Do you have any advice or tips for students who are interested in appearing for Olympiads?
Olympiads have given a great boost of knowledge to the children of this generation. The qoute "Hardwork is key to success" is the best tip for students who are interested in appearing for Olympiads.
